Graham trained as a Sports Massage Therapist at Grantham and Loughborough Colleges. He uses his massage skills to relieve clients’ aches and pains, to help them through training and events and to enhance their fitness and performance.
He has massaged at sports fixtures such as triathlons, marathons and cycling events to help participants recover from their exertions, enabling them a speedy recovery so they are ready for their next training session or competition.
He works with runners and cyclists during their training to help them keep their soft tissues toned and healthy helping prevent injury and keeping them in good shape.
He also has many clients who are not from sporty backgrounds who suffer from lifestyle issues related to using keyboards, driving and manual handling. He uses massage to help them get relief from muscular aches and pains, improve soft tissue tone so they can carry on with life without the discomforts of muscular aches. Graham also advises on correct posture and gives exercises to support his massage therapy.
Graham tailors his treatments to the needs of each client, working with them to relieve and ease their specific needs and issues.
